Stumbled on Mrs. Millers products at an Amish Market in Sarasota. A Pennsylvania native thought I'd left the real down home products behind. After the initial find we've been taking a 2 hour monthly road trip just to stock up on on these excellent wide noodles and the other great products in her line. We're now buying in bulk off the Web. Reasonably priced and superior to the major brand offering they stand up in a slow cooker and the buttered side dish is to die for. We're hooked!

These are by far the best tasting noodle with a great texture. Easy to prepare and wonderful. My kids LOVE them with just butter, salt & parmesan.

A bowl of chicken or turkey soup (homemade or "purchased" broth enhanced with a few veggies such as carrots, celery, and onions) with a big scoopful of these noodles is one of the best comfort foods in the universe! Not to be disloyal, but better than MY grandma's any time.
