Spelt Pastabilities


Just thinking about Mrs Miller's Spelt pasta makes me hear mandolins and taste the vineyard's best of years past. A steaming plate of spelt pasta topped with marinara and peccorino romano cheese is as good as life gets in this world. You don't have to travel to Tuscany to surround yourself with the sensuous treats of true old world Italy. You, too, will hear those mandolins. Gotta go! The water is boiling!

Whole Grain Spelt Noodles


Spelt noodles are the best wide noodle I have ever eaten. They have substance and a mild yet hearty flavor that blends well with a homemade, low calorie alfredo sauce or a homemade marinara sauce. They are absolutely delicious.
