16 oz. Mrs. Miller’s Wide Noodles or Mrs. Miller's Extra Wide Noodles

- Cook according to package instructions. Set aside.

1 lb Bacon

- Fry until crispy. Reserve 4 Tbsp. Bacon Drippings in the skillet. Drain bacon of remaining drippings on paper towels.

1 cup Onion, chopped

- Sauté in bacon drippings until tender.

4 Tbsp. Sugar
4 Tbsp. All purpose Flour
¼ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Ground Mustard


- Stir into Onions

2 cups Water
½ cup Cider Vinegar


- Add and stir well. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Pour over noodles. Stir well

3 cups Celery, thinly sliced

- Add to mixture. Add crumbled bacon. Stir well and heat through.
