Close X •16 oz. Mrs. Miller’s Wide Noodles or Mrs. Miller's Extra Wide Noodles - Cook according to package instructions. Set aside. •1 lb Bacon - Fry until crispy. Reserve 4 Tbsp. Bacon Drippings in the skillet. Drain bacon of remaining drippings on paper towels. •1 cup Onion, chopped - Sauté in bacon drippings until tender. •4 Tbsp. Sugar •4 Tbsp. All purpose Flour •¼ tsp. Salt •½ tsp. Ground Mustard - Stir into Onions •2 cups Water •½ cup Cider Vinegar - Add and stir well. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Pour over noodles. Stir well •3 cups Celery, thinly sliced - Add to mixture. Add crumbled bacon. Stir well and heat through.
