Sauted Spiced Red Cabbage

2 Tblsp butter

1 small head red cabbage (1#) chopped coarsely

1 medium sweet onin, chopped

1/4 tsp cumin
-
1/4 tsp dry mustard
-
2 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
Melt butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Cover and cook until tender crisp, about 5-7 minutes.

2 Tblsp brown sugar

salt and pepper to taste
Stir in. Cook 1 minute longer and serve. Yield: 6 servings
